CLASS POLICIES

My Upcoming Stampin' Up! Classes & Events

These classes are held in a variety of different places so be sure to look at the location area of each post.

Specialty classes (those other than my monthly stamping class) can be booked for groups and can be held in your home or we can discuss alternate locations. I need at least 5 people in a group to book a private class.

Some classes are also offered through my new service, STAMPERS JUNCTION CLASS BY MAIL! Classes offered through this service are marked with an asterisk (*).

CLASS POLICIES
On all my classes: Place an order for $25 will give you a $5 discount on the class. This discount is only offered for orders placed the night of the class. I cannot give a rain check on the $5 discount.

PREPAYMENT:
CASH-CHECK-PAYPAL
People who prepay will guarantee their spot, and will be given precedence over those who do not prepay, and will receive an extra door prize ticket as they walk in the door. I will take prepayment in the form of Cash, checks or paypal. Prepayment must be received NLT (no later than) 3 days before the day of the class.

CREDIT CARD
I do not accept credit cards for class fees. However-I do accept credit cards for Stampin' Up! Catalog Purchases.

If you find you must cancel, you will get a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before class is held, if after that, no refunds will be given. There will be no make-ups. Class reservations may be transferred to another student, but I MUST know this in advance. I will not give refunds if your substitute does not show up.

NO PREPAYMENTS:
you MAY STILL RSVP in advance without prepayment, but those who prepay will be given precedence. Without prepayment, you cannot guarantee your spot. In order to confirm that you have a spot, if you have not prepaid but have RSVP'd you must contact me 24 hours before the time of class. If you are not confirmed, you spot will be given away to those on the waiting list, if there is one. 24 hours before class begins the number of students coming will be set and only that amount of materials will be prepared. So if you show up on the spur of the moment or do not confirm, I will not be able to accommodate you. If you do not prepay, but you RSVP and then do not show up or cancel at the last minute, you will be required to prepay for your next class.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

Special project classes will continue to be prepay only, with no discount given for prepayment. No refunds or make ups will be allowed for these classes, as materials must be ordered in advance. If you cannot make class, I will hold your project materials and you can pick them up to do the project at home. (I will hold these projects for 3 months. After that I cannot guarantee that I will still have them in my possession. I live in a small apartment and space is limited in my little craft room)

STAMPERS JUNCTION BY MAIL
If you want to have the ability to take my classes, but you feel that several hundred miles is too far to drive or if you are local and have to work late, I now offer some of my classes by mail. When you order a STAMPERS JUNCTION BY MAIL class kit, you'll receive all paper, card stock, hardware and other necessities along with full color instructions. The only thing you need to supply are the stamps, inks and adhesives! All Stampers Junction by Mail classes ship priority mail (included in the price). I take paypal or personal checks/ money orders. Please allow approximately 1 week after your payment is received and processed (personal checks must clear first) to receive your class kit.
